Several Blueberries
Oatmeal
Several Walnuts
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Directions;
Cook Oatmeal as instructed
Add Honey and Coconut Oil
Add Kiwi, Blueberries, and Walnuts
Eat immediately
