Sweet Essence

May my heart speak to your heart a bit?  Sometimes is this world you become entrenched in a mode of complacency so far that a part of  your faith is lost and your path is detoured.  I found myself in this mode, and I lost something of value.  Jesus promises to wake us out of slumber and give us a valued treasure that cannot be filled by any other.  I was so far off his Path that I lost my very focus and crushed Him.  I lost my value,  in the moment I thought "well this is my life; go through the motion, and He will be there.  Go to church,  lift up hands of praise, and pray.  I didn't see this till I crushed Him though.  I thought in myself that I was filling a duty and just going through the motion. I was being loyal, a loyal bride. The love was lost in this predicament that I put myself in because He wants so much more then to be a duty or  motion that you go through. This does not come easy, and you can't get lazy in your faith.  Even when you don't see your purpose or how your path will go.  He is always steady for us, and if we pick ourselves up and don't lose faith to trust Him in all things, His heart will speak to us again. Oh Lord that our hearts will not grow faint of doing Your way, and lead us back to Your plan.  Give us Strength and take our fear.
