Coffee House Recipe: Pumpkin Cobbler
Only one word to say, YUM

Pumpkin Cobbler

3 eggs, beaten                                                 1 tsp ground ginger
15oz can pumpkin                                           1 TBLS vanilla extract
12oz can evaporated milk                                1 1/2cup margarine melted
1 cup of sugar                                                  18 1/4 oz  pkg of yellow cake mix
1/8 tsp salt                                                          1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Directions:

Mix the first 8 ingredients together, pour into ungreased 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle cake mix over the top, drizzle with margarine.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Top with nuts.  Bake an additional 15 minutes. ENJOY!
